The workouts cover all ten general physical skills; respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Increasing your performance in these workouts increases your overall fitness level. On beyond the whiteboard we automatically keep track of your benchmarks. I’m going to continue going there three times a week, this time doing the workout of they day instead of the beginners course. I will write a post later about my results with adding carbohydrate around a workout and I’m still going to keep the carbs low during non-workout days.
