How do i improve my rounhouse kick and sparring in taekwondo?
I started taekwondo a few months ago. I’m an orange belt and I still haven’t mastered the roundhouse kick yet. So, can you guys give me tips to improve my kick and sparring?
Preform said technique ten times a day. Preform “Fire Hydrants”. Practice roundhouse knee blows 100 times a day.
Edit: Also do balance drills for ten minutes a day.
Technical improvements include turning your hips, swinging your arms, and uncurling your leg mid air.
