Can you really lose alot of weight in a sauna?
Lets say this im 182 pounds 5′7. Im trying to lose weight of course Im excercising and eating healthy also. Will a sauna help me shed weight also??
The sauna makes you sweat, but any “weight” you lose goes right back on with the first beverage you consume afterward.
Saunas help you with eliminating various toxins/impurities from your body, and are helpful in reducing stress.
